Room Rates
Rates per room are $105 per night for double occupancy and $95 for single which includes a full breakfast. There is a 10% discount after a five day stay!  April thru October rates are the same in 2009 except for one night stays on the weekends-$125.00 per double occupancy and 105.00 for single occupancy. There are two wonderful dogs at the mill but we can not accept other pets. Certain weekends will be 2-night stay minimum and will be noted on calendar with an asterisk.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in after 4:00 p.m. or by special arrangement-arrivals after 9pm must also be pre-arranged. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. 

Credit Cards accepted
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (no American Express). Checks and cash are accepted as well and welcomed!

Reservation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The deposit will be partly refunded  if you must cancel or change your reservation  two weeks before the date of your arrival. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 48 hours before checking in, the entire amount will become due.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted on premises (including deck).
